New Mortgage Company Provides Stellar Service

When two experienced mortgage consultants came together, they decided to make a new kind of company. Reliant Mortgage Lending customers will know just who they are working with; one of the two owners of the company.

A couple of Michigan mortgage consultants had a vision for a new type of mortgage company; an office where you knew exactly who was handling your loan. So Judy Lambert and Gordie MacDougall created Reliant Mortgage Lending to assure stellar customer service. The set up works well because of a few key points; borrowers know, from start to finish, who is working on their loan, as well as the fact that information will be processed quickly and accurately. The loan information is also not changed from the start of the loan to the end of the loan.

The �no surprise� tactic seems to be working for MacDougall and Lambert, who together have nearly 30 years of mortgage experience. Both owners are from Downriver, the community that they are based in, and belong to the local Association of Realtors.
